Cancellation Policy
I know things come up- Life doesn't always stick to the plan. If you need to cancel, just give me a heads up.
Cancellations within 24 hours, may be subject to the 50% fee of such appointment. Cancellations day of may be charged 100%.
No call, no show will be subject to 100%. and deposit will be made for next appt if you no showed.________Emergency Policy. I understand life happens, In the event of severe illness, family emergency, or extreme weather conditions, I will extend one grace pass per client. No cancellation fee will be applied. All appointments must be confirmed within the 72-hour mark otherwise you may risk being canceled out if you do not confirm it. If you must cancel or reschedule appointment to allow me 48 hours. I do not hold cards and do the honor system of sending an invoice for such fees to be paid. I appreciate your support and understanding! If you’re late to appt after 10-15 it has to be rescheduled!
